GEM Switzerland is proud to announce the appointment of Maya Dougoud to the Board of Directors of Global Entrepreneurship Research Association (GERA), the governing body of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM).
Associate Professor at the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR/HES-SO) and Board Member of GEM Switzerland, Prof. Dougoud specialises in entrepreneurship, digital law, and innovation, contributing to research and the development of sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems.
She joins the GERA Board alongside international representatives from GEM USA, Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands. Her appointment highlights the growing role of Switzerland within the global GEM network and comes at an important moment for the future of entrepreneurship research and policy worldwide.
